An internet exit through a machine whose owner is fully known.
A per-device profile instead of someone else's app: the key goes to a phone or laptop, the node is ours, and when an address degrades the node changes silently while the profile stays. Measured on a live consumer: 77 Mbit/s through one node, exit replacement in 15 minutes.
